Values

Companies are simply the reflection of the people who work in them and the convictions which guide them.

At Detrame, we are proud of the values of our land, El Bierzo, a historic district within the province of León, which has seen us grow, which drives us forward and which encapsulates our identity.

There are three concepts which define us: constancy, effort and character.

A journey of thousands of miles begins with just one step, but, in addition to dedication, you must also have order, to cross that bridge between intention and realisation. That is what constancy is for Detrame: taking that intention and, step by step, turning it into results. Like the roots of the vines of the mencía grape, so typical of El Bierzo, which work tirelessly to extract the water reserves from the soil.

Effort

We can only achieve the goals we set ourselves through discipline and consistency. We firmly believe that success is achieved through constant effort. That is how we grow, because we know that the results that are achieved are directly proportional to the effort we put in. Without a doubt, that sheer graft, so typical of Leon, is also a characteristic of the pilgrims along the Road to Santiago, who unwaveringly travel hundreds of kilometres until they reach their goal.

The landscape of our past, present and future is measured by our entrepreneurial ability in a context which requires a high degree of adaptability, without extravagances. Rooted in the land, generous, welcoming and enormously well-qualified. The natural monument of Las Médulas in El Bierzo is a fine example of that combination of impressive imagination and the constant struggle of nature, together with an almost unreal combination of colours.
